G Single Screw Pump
Overview
G single screw pump, also known as "eccentric rotor pump", has strong adaptability to medium, stable flow, small pressure pulsation and large self-priming force.
This type of screw pump is applicable to almost all industrial fields. It is commonly used to transport liquids with various viscosities, especially viscous and difficult to transport liquids with various viscosities, liquids with various concentrations, dry materials after separation and dehydration and liquids containing solid particles, fibers and suspended solids.
G series single screw pump is a kind of internal meshing rotary positive displacement pump. The main working parts are eccentric screw (rotor) and fixed bushing (stator). Due to the special geometry of rotor and stator, several separate sealing cavities are formed respectively. The operation of rotor continuously, uniformly and unchanged volume transports the medium in each sealing cavity from the suction end to the extrusion end.

Application
